Opus Bringing New Student Housing Option to Marquette University
Seeing an opportunity to offer another living option near the Marquette University campus in Milwaukee, Opus developed and constructed an 80-unit student housing development just blocks from campus.
The six-story, 165-bed development offers numerous amenities for students, including:
- in-unit washers and dryers,
- high-end unit finishes,
- indoor heated parking with bike storage,
- a fitness center,
- iMac and Dell lab,
- study rooms and
- a state-of-the-art clubroom with daily coffee bar.
The mixed-use development also features approximately 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, including Burger King and Subway, providing convenient options for residents and the surrounding community.
