Alex Lord, LEED AP BD+C

As Senior Project Manager, Alex develops project scope, estimates project costs, determines project schedule and executes project processes from project conception to activation. Additionally, he is responsible for managing the bid process, subcontractor production onsite and the safety checklist. Alex ensures communication and cooperation between everyone involved, including designers, subcontractors and owners.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in architecture from Miami University. He is a member of the Design Build Institute of America and U.S. Green Building Council.
