Project Manager
Opus Design Build, L.L.C.
As Project Manager, Chris leads and assists the project management team with large, complex and high-profile projects. He is responsible for coordinating the design and construction processes, including periodic supervisory review of schedules, cost projections and overall project status and progress.
Chris joined Opus in late 2015, and has over eight years of commercial construction experience. He has worked for both general contractors and mechanical and plumbing subcontractors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Northern Arizona University, has undergone OSHA 30-hour training and is a Dust Control Compliance Associate Constructor (AIC). Chris has an AGC Certificate of Management-LEAN Construction. He is a member of the Arizona Builders Alliance Young Builders Council, Associated Builders and Contractors Arizona Chapter, Valley Partnership and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
