As Senior Vice President of Sales and Finance, Dave is responsible for securing the construction financing and the eventual sale for all projects across Opus’ portfolio. He has worked in the sales and finance department of Opus since 1999, managing the financing and sale of more than $5 billion in commercial real estate.
Dave received a Bachelor of Business Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association.
