Responsibilities
- Performs constructability reviews of projects during the design phase
- Frequently visits jobsites to ensure work meets and/or exceeds safety requirements, collaborates with safety leaders to implement appropriate safety programs on projects and coordinates frequent and regular safety training for all construction team members
- Plans and organizes a construction project so that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, safely and within budget
- Maintains effective communications with the project’s Superintendent and Project Managers on all construction matters that relate to project success
- Contributes to the development of short- and long-term plans for the growth and development of our design-build construction teams
- Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values and encourages positive performance
- Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on projects
