Joe plans and organizes construction projects to ensure quality, timeliness and safety. He maintains effective communications with immediate supervisor and the project manager on all construction matters that relate to project success. Joe is also responsible for the schedule, quality, budget and safety on assigned construction projects.
Additionally, Joe reviews and coordinates construction productivity and scheduling; supervises superintendents; monitors, enforces and maintains job safety; directs the development and maintenance of quality assurance programs and goals; performs administrative activities to ensure the successful completion of construction projects and directs the purchase, repair and maintenance of equipment used on construction projects.
