Experience

Joe began his career in the construction industry in 1978 and joined us in 1982. Since that time, he has worked on countless projects, positively impacting the Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City and Iowa markets.

His people management and decision-making skills have contributed not only to many successful project completions, but also to positive community relationships. While working on Dash Downers Grove, a multifamily project located in Downers Grove, Illinois, Joe made it a priority to communicate with local community members, including both residents and businesses. He understands the value of keeping an open dialogue and how doing so strengthens trust among involved parties. Part of Joe's approach while on a project is to mitigate issues before they occur, and preplanning is the key in doing so.

Revered for his extensive expertise and knowledge, Joe emphasizes to his team the value of integrity – being true to your word and following through. He makes customer and community satisfaction a priority by being honest and communicating often with those who may be affected by the construction of a project.

While away from work, Joe enjoys spending his time on the course playing golf.
