Experience

Luke began his career in the construction industry when he joined us in 2004. Since then, he has gained experience on a variety of project types, with a focus on the multifamily sector where he has contributed to six projects, totaling 1,566 units. His years of experience along with his critical thinking and problem-solving skills has allowed him to identify and resolve obstacles, helping to maintain schedules and budgets and improve project solutions.

When he and his project management team began to evaluate Vesi North Loop Apartments in Minneapolis, it was evident there were value engineering options surrounding the underground parking ramp. By identifying these options, Luke and the team were able to reduce the schedule and save a significant amount of money by altering the way the underground parking ramp drained. This alteration also reduced head height issues, decreased the amount of plumbing piping and reduced the long-term maintenance required for the parking ramp.

In his time away from the office, you can find Luke mountain biking, snow skiing, water skiing and working on his home as he is a DIY home improvement enthusiast.
