Experience
Michael began his career in the industry in 2002 before joining us in 2017. His experience with Team Opus includes over two million square feet of new industrial construction.
He's a naturally collaborative, customer service-oriented leader who prioritizes relationship building among team members and clients. Michael has been praised by customers for his many efforts of going above and beyond and for making projects a great success.
During work on Ryder at Point 70 Logistics Center in Greenfield, Indiana, the project team had three highly aggressive phased occupancy dates, requiring creative scheduling sequences and close oversite. Determined to successfully deliver, Michael and his team met all the dates which resulted in the tenant's ability to operate much faster than is typical for the industry.
When away from the office, Michael enjoys traveling, playing golf and attending sporting events.
