His portfolio of completed projects is valued at more than $1.5 billion and includes over 24 million square feet of industrial, office and medical projects. He has also overseen the development of more than 1,200 Class A multifamily market rate rental units and more than 2,100 student living beds. His impact can be seen on skylines and communities across the central and southern United States, including cities like Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Louisville and Charlotte and across the states of Indiana and Ohio.

He is a masterful industry veteran with a quiet strength that speaks volumes. His direct and thoughtful approach, as well as his ability to advocate for others, is appreciated by clients, partners, brokers, team members and everyone who encounters him.

Mike is an empathetic, natural leader of people. He has mentored many developers and associates over the years, sharing his knowledge and helping them perfect and hone their development skills. To Mike, those opportunities and relationships are among his most significant accomplishments.

A family man in every respect, Mike loves spending time with his wife and three children. He is a proficient handyman who can’t say no to a home improvement project – You name it, he’s done it. Naturally, this qualifies him as the “fixer of all things” at home. When he doesn’t have a tool in his hand, Mike is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his wife and family.
