Experience

Nick started his career in construction in 2006 – the same year he joined our team. Since then, he has helped manage many projects across various sectors, totaling 363,000 multifamily square feet and over 1.3 million industrial square feet.

His analytical skills and ability to be a strong leader, combined with his work ethic and focus on customer service, have contributed greatly to his successful career.

Nick's notable project involvement includes a build-to-suit manufacturing facility for Andersen Windows in Phoenix, where the team was presented with a fixed timeline from the client. After devising a thoughtful approach and well-defined plan, Nick and his team successfully completed the project within the desired schedule. His experience also includes spec industrial projects such as The Ridge at Dove Valley (Englewood, CO) and Goodyear Crossing (Goodyear, AZ).

When away from work, Nick enjoys staying active by running, biking, hiking and mountaineering, many of which his children can now join him in. Additionally, he enjoys coaching and watching his children's sport activities.
