Phil is responsible for managing construction projects. He develops project scope, estimates project costs, determines project schedule and executes project processes from project conception to activation. Ensuring communication and cooperation between everyone involved, including designers, subcontractors and owners.
Phil has more than nine years of commercial construction experience. He has taken on the lead role in managing industrial and multifamily construction projects. His project experience involves institutional, office, industrial and residential space.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He has undergone OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour training.
