Randy provides leadership and expertise in sourcing and pursuit of new development opportunities, upfront development feasibility studies, financial analysis, due diligence and entitlements for speculative and build-to-suit developments. He also provides managerial oversight throughout construction, design and project delivery.
Randy has more than 30 years of experience in various commercial real estate roles, including project management, facilities management and real estate development. Randy has developed over 3 million SF of retail shopping centers, 2 million SF of office and 9 million SF of industrial buildings. His history of working with top companies across the nation has given him valuable insight that benefits his clients, industry partners and team. Prior to joining Opus in 2022, he was Director of Property and Facilities for SMSC Gaming Enterprise responsible for the strategy, management and performance of property operations and construction and Vice President of Construction for Life Time Construction overseeing and managing the new Club opening project management team on the design, bidding and contracting of the Clubs.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Bethel University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Retail Contractors Association Advisory Board and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
