Ryan Zink

As Senior Project Manager, Ryan independently leads project teams of architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver integrated design-build services on projects across multiple sectors, including office, industrial, institutional, retail and residential. His responsibilities include managing project pursuit, design, construction and activation to ensure achievement of budget, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction goals.

 

Ryan brings experience as a project designer and licensed electrician to Opus where he was involved in design-build project management for six years in the Kansas City office prior to joining the Denver office in 2014. Ryan's experience includes successful completion of projects totaling over 1.5 million square feet and exceeding $99 million in construction value.

 

Ryan holds a Master of Divinity from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas.
