As Project Executive, Scott has high-level oversight of a portfolio of projects that typically includes large and complex projects, working in partnership with project team members who will continue to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of each individual project. His responsibilities include leading the sales and marketing, negotiations, design and construction processes on projects and has primary accountability for communicating with external clients, partners and vendors.
Scott has nearly 17 years of experience in the construction industry and has completed many office, medical, industrial and retail projects. He has managed the design and construction of projects ranging from $400,000 to over $45 million, delivering on time and on budget. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management and an Associate Degree in architectural engineering technology from Purdue University.
