Steve Kovalik, AIA, NCARB

Steve has extensive experience as an architect in Opus’ design-build delivery model. He is responsible for all design disciplines during the design documentation phase of a project. His extensive background in architectural project management includes lead responsibility for project and staff budgeting and scheduling, design and technical coordination through all phases of the project, specification and building code review and documentation quality assurance oversight.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in environmental design and a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from North Dakota State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Minnesota chapter, and is on the Code Committee. Additionally, he is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
