As Senior Superintendent, Steve manages daily on-site construction operations, safety, schedule and quality control from pre-construction activities through completion and activation.
Steve has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He has served as President of the Home Builders Association of Iowa twice and was a carpentry instructor for four years for Associated Builders and Contractors of Iowa. Steve is a graduate of the Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program.
