​We are very excited about VÉLO, a boutique luxury residential apartment complex in downtown Minneapolis. It’s going to fit in great with Minneapolis’ bike culture.

VÉLO is French for bicycle, and that’s the inspiration for this project. According to Bicycle magazine, Minneapolis is America’s Most Bike-Friendly City, and we’ve designed a space that caters to bicyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Located near Minneapolis’ renowned bike system in the North Loop neighborhood, VÉLO is a transit-oriented development in close proximity to other transit including the light rail and buses.

VÉLO will appeal to active residents with its accessible, luxurious amenities, including an outdoor plaza, a yoga studio, a club lounge, outdoor fire pits and a grill kitchen, fitness centers and a roof top terrace, complete with resident garden boxes.

VÉLO’s unique living experience will offer people a place to call home in the thriving North Loop neighborhood, just steps away from outdoor adventures.
