ArborBLU Tops Out in Ann Arbor

After almost 12 months, ArborBLU, our student housing development near the University of Michigan, recently topped out. Marking 13 stories, this construction milestone includes 1600 precast concrete planks in the floors and 620 tons of steel forming the structure of the building. The existing Pizza House restaurant takes up half of the lower two levels.

The building will open for students before the start of the fall 2015 semester.
