We experienced a flurry of activity in 2013, and this year begins with a number of exciting projects under construction and in the pipeline thanks to strong partnerships with clients and communities.
In 2013 we completed 14 projects and we currently have the same number under construction. That’s 1.9 million square feet of completed projects in 2013 and 3.6 million square feet under construction so far this year.
With industrial and residential sectors continuing to gain momentum, we have four industrial and seven residential projects currently under construction that will be completed by the end of the year. Residential activity will amount to 1,106 units total with 574 beds in student housing projects.
As the year progresses, we look forward to additional opportunities and more activity across the country.
