Our work with Hallmark on a build-to-suit 847,475-square-foot distribution center extended past the bounds of the Liberty, Missouri, jobsite. Together, we gave back to the community to help make it a better place to live, work, play and raise a family.

The Opus Foundation awarded $40,000 in Opportunity Fund grants to support nonprofits and community work in the Liberty area, including Earnest & Edna Shepherd Youth Center, Hillcrest Hope and Rebuilding Together Kansas City.
