Today's senior living communities are dramatically different than the institutions many of our parents and grandparents have known. Changes are designed to increase well-being and comfort for both residents and staff. Many of these design trends are being incorporated into Cadence Broomfield, which is under construction in Broomfield, Colorado. The three-story, 165-unit senior living development is a joint venture between Opus, Cadence Living and Eagle Realty Group. The four-wing building, which offers independent living, assisted living and memory care, is scheduled to open in 2024. Cadence Living, which operates four senior communities in Colorado, will operate and manage the community.
