Citizen Park Receives St. Louis Development of the Year

​Completed last March, Citizen Park, a luxury mixed-use development in St. Louis’ historic Central West End neighborhood, had an immediate impact on its surroundings, providing luxury living in the dynamic and unique neighborhood. That impact was recognized last week at the Mayor’s Business Celebration Luncheon.

Hosted by St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson, the Celebration Luncheon is an opportunity to recognize “business contributions to the city’s growth and development in the past year.” Specifically, the awards recognize overall business of the year, neighborhood businesses of the year (one for each ward), developers/developments of the year, innovation and quality of life. Citizen Park was recognized as a Development of the Year.

Citizen Park includes 217 units with high ceilings, abundant natural light, balconies, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building’s architecture and branding complement the neighborhood’s unique character with an eclectic, yet timeless style.
