This summer, we broke ground on a 1.6-million-square-foot distribution center for long-time client, ConAgra Foods. The facility is so large that the curvature of the earth will vary approximately 1.4 inches from one end of the building to the other.

ConAgra’s new dry foods distribution center will be located in Frankfort, Ind., helping consolidate their distribution network across the Midwest. The industrial warehouse is scheduled for completion July 2015 and will include the following:

  • 34-foot clear height,
  • 125 dock doors,
  • 10 rail doors and
  • more than 850 trailer parking spaces.

We’re excited for the opportunity to work with ConAgra again as they look to streamline and grow their business. They are a valuable partner, and we look forward to collaborating with them to create a space that fits their organization’s needs.
