Opus Time Lapse: Crossroads I-70/I-75 Logistics Center Completion

We developed, designed and constructed a 213,063-square-foot speculative industrial building in Union, Ohio, approximately 14 miles north of Dayton.

Crossroads is well located with convenient access to Highway 40, I-70, I-75 and Dayton International Airport. The building is flexibly designed to accommodate tenants requiring as little as 60,000-square-feet and has docks situated at the rear of the building, allowing for office spaces along the front of the building.

The 213,063-square-foot building sits on 20 acres and features:

• 32-foot clear height
• 21 dock doors
• 146 parking spots
• 57 additional trailer parking spots

There is an opportunity for an additional 35 acres to develop in phase two of the project.

The project was completed in June 2022.
