In an ideal location – adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve and one block south of the Beltline Boulevard Station in St. Louis Park, Minnesota – we developed, designed and built a market-rate multifamily development.
We delivered Corsa, a market-rate multifamily development, in an ideal location, adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve and one block south of the Beltline Boulevard Station in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
The five-story apartment building has 250 units in a mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedrooms, as well as live-work units. 10% of the units are affordable to households earning 50% or less of the area's median income.
