The Village of Downers Grove, a growing suburb 25 miles west of Chicago, has a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly downtown. People are drawn to the variety of independent shops, restaurants and attractive green spaces. Dash Downers Grove, a seven-story, 167-unit apartment building, will support the lively downtown.

The desirable metropolitan-style living community has convenient access to retailers, parks and the Metra rail station. The alcoves and one, two and three-bedroom apartments feature luxury finishes. Residents have access to wellness and lifestyle amenities including:
