Johnstone Supply HQ
Having outgrown its previous facility, Johnstone Supply enlisted Opus to centralize their operations in a 45,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center.
Custom designed to support the needs of the HVAC equipment and parts supplier, the building has 10,000 square feet of office space. It features a working lab and training center where the company provides hands-on certification training for St. Louis County mechanical licensees. The balance of the building – 35,000 square feet – is a distribution center.

On the remaining 9.5 acres, we designed and constructed a 111,000-square-foot speculative industrial building.
