River Caddis Development turned to our Client Direct Services group to do the project architecture, interior design and design-build construction on Jules on 3rd, an upscale, high-quality apartment building in Boise, Idaho. Construction is complete on this eight-story, mixed-use, multifamily development featuring 173 market-rate apartments with covered interior parking.
Jules on 3rd has a prime urban location with pristine mountain views. Residents will be within walking distance of entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, museums, retail outlets, the beautiful Julia Davis Park and rose garden and the Boise River.
