Northridge 80|35, a 60-acre industrial park in Des Moines, sits at a prime U.S. crossroads for delivering goods from coast to coast and border to border – the I-80 and I-35 interchange. The master plan for the industrial park includes up to one million square feet of warehouse space, which will help meet demand in a growing industrial market with very low vacancy rates.
Construction of the first phase of the park has been completed. At 164,000 and 186,300 square feet, the first two buildings are flexibly designed to suit a wide range of uses, including logistics, distribution, e-commerce and manufacturing.
The buildings were ready for occupancy in third quarter 2022.
