Opus Time Lapse: WEN Power Tools HQ at Oakview Completion

After outgrowing their old facility, WEN Power Tools enlisted us to design and construct a new headquarters in the Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee, Ill. At 180,623 square feet, the new facility is more than three times the size of their old building.

Located on a flat site with easy access to I-90, the building features:

• an efficiently-designed warehouse,
• a 4,000-SF office space
• a 1,900-SF product showroom
• a recessed dock with two drive-in doors
• 21 truck dock positions
• 32' clear height

​WEN's headquarters is our 8^th build-to-suit project in Oakview Corporate Park. On one of the last remaining parcels in the development, it is situated near three previous build-to-suit headquarters projects we delivered in recent years – HELUKABEL USA, Inc., Renishaw Incorporated and oelheld U.S.​​​
