Corporate Woods Recognized at Salute to Industry

​Completed in February 2016, Corporate Woods Industrial Park and tenant Power Distributors were recently recognized with a community investment award by the Ankeny (Iowa) Economic Development Corporation at its annual Salute to Industry event.

Corporate Woods addressed a growing demand for speculative industrial space in the greater Des Moines, Iowa, area. With vacancies as low as 2% and a shortage of new supply, we developed and constructed this building in the northern Des Moines suburb just one exit north of the Interstates 35 and 80 interchange.
