Corsa Apartments in St. Louis Park, Minn., has achieved
Minnesota Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (MNSHARP) Construction Certification, recognizing the project team's commitment to safety.
Given by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, MNSHARP “recognizes major construction companies where managers and employees work together to develop safety and health programs that go beyond basic compliance with all applicable OSHA standards and result in immediate and long-term prevention of job-related injuries and illnesses."
“This honor really reinforces the efforts we've taken from pre-planning through now," said Eric Ryan, P.E., Senior Project Manager. “Since the very beginning of the project, we've been planning and thinking this through. This is a reminder of the results when you put the efforts into thinking about safety."
Eric continued: “Safety on this jobsite is where it is because of a true team effort – field, project management and ownership."
Opening in November, Corsa will have 250 units, 7,445 square feet of retail space and a full set of amenities including a clubroom, fitness and yoga studios, work from home suites, an outdoor courtyard, a theater room, a pet wash and a rooftop lounge with a pool.
This MNSHARP certification follows our long commitment to safety that includes certifications for Vesi North Loop Apartments, The Loden, Oxbō Luxury Apartments and our redevelopment of Nicollet Mall (The Nic on Fifth®, Xcel Energy @ 401 Nicollet and 365 Nicollet).
