Delivering Satisfaction Even on the Smallest Projects

Our partnership with André’s Confiserie Suisse, 51 Main’s next-door neighbor, has been fulfilling for both parties.

Good things sometimes come in small packages. No one knows that better than Kansas City chocolatier André’s Confiserie Suisse.

As part of the larger 51 Main project, we carried a smaller contract to construct an expanded and upgraded parking lot for neighboring business André’s. Expected to take nine weeks, Opus superintendent Scott Brunell and project manager Shawn Turner delivered the new lot in just six weeks.

André’s has been a wonderful neighbor and business partner throughout the project. They have catered gourmet meals for our jobsite safety lunches and have even sent over pans of fresh pastries at 6 a.m. to construction crews finishing nighttime concrete pours. We’ve really appreciated the partnership with them and believe the residents of 51 Main are going to truly enjoy their next door neighbor.

"The Opus Group did an absolutely phenomenal job. The Superintendent, Scott Brunell, was very flexible and really worked around our schedule. They accomplished the job about three weeks early. We were very impressed with the whole process. Scott was amazing at using his vision to see what we needed." - René Bollier, André’s Confiserie Suisse
