Our team developed, designed and constructed Golden Triangle Corporate Center, a 130,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on one of the last remaining available industrial parcels in Eden Prairie, Minn. It is a unique offering, as 100,000+ square feet of continuous space is uncommon in Eden Prairie where functional industrial space has been in short supply for more than 20 years.
Nestled in Eden Prairie's Golden Triangle, the building provides convenient access to I-494 and Highways 212, 169 and 62. Tenant businesses will benefit from close proximity to the Southwest light rail system, which is currently under construction.
