In the Spotlight: Verve, NAIOP Colorado’s Multifamily Development of the Year

We’re proud to announce that Verve, the high-rise luxury apartment building we developed for Amstar and finished last summer, won NAIOP Colorado’s Multifamily Development of the Year!

Located near Denver’s historic LoDo District and LoHi neighborhood, Verve sits across the street from the Museum of Contemporary Art and close to Union Station. Quick access to walking and biking trails along Cherry Creek and the South Platte River make it a sought-after dwelling for individuals with a desire to live in the heart of it all, not to mention the project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED certification.

Just like its location, every aspect of Verve is designed to be a step above the usual expectations for luxury rental. With an average unit size of approximately 815 square feet, Verve’s well-appointed units offer its residents a grander space than most new apartment construction downtown. The combination of post-tensioned concrete, staggered stud demising walls and enhanced STC glazing make Verve’s units a quiet escape amidst the energy of downtown Denver. All of the project’s key amenities were concentrated into one combined, multistory space that moves indoors and out seamlessly, encouraging a greater sense of community and interaction amongst residents.
