Heartland Meadows Commerce Center and
Liberty Heartland Logistics Center in Liberty, Missouri, were recognized by the Clay County Economic Development Council's annual Keystone Awards.

Heartland Meadows Commerce Center and Liberty Heartland Logistics Center total about 1.8 million square feet across four buildings with potential for a fifth building. Heartland Meadows Commerce Center was completed in summer 2021 and is fully leased.
Across the street, the first of three and the largest building at Liberty Heartland was completed in February 2023 for Hallmark, allowing the company to expand operations in Liberty where they have operated for five decades. With the new building, Hallmark can increase their logistics footprint by 50% while introducing new capabilities and continuing to meet the changing needs of their customers. The second and third buildings were recently completed and total 812,000 square feet.
