Matt Rauenhorst, Executive Vice President & General Manager, has been named to the
Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal 2020 People to Watch list!
Matt, who was promoted to Executive Vice President last summer, is responsible for the leadership and overall management of the upper Midwest markets, including Chicago, Minneapolis and Des Moines. In adding him to their list, the Business Journal acknowledges Matt's promotion; our strong 2019, which included delivering
3701 Wayzata Blvd; and plans for the remaining block near
365 Nicollet. They noted that Matt will have “several opportunities to move the company forward." The Business Journal previously named Matt to their 2016 class of 40 Under 40 leaders.
Matt has lead development efforts for many high-profile projects, including our first student living buildings near the University of Minnesota and our first senior living facility,
Orchards of Minnetonka in Minnetonka, Minn.
