Meritex’s Spiegel II Distribution Center Wins NAIOP Development Award

Spiegel II Distribution Center in Columbus, Ohio, has won Best Industrial Project at NAIOP Central Ohio's awards. The industrial building was designed and built by our team for The Meritex Company, a Minneapolis-based developer and owner of light industrial properties across the country.

This 250,685-square-foot modern industrial building is located on 16 acres and offers excellent visibility and accessibility from main roads. It features 32-foot clear height, two drive-in doors, 24 dock doors, a 130-foot truck court and parking for 187 cars and 27 trailers and unique angled precast wall elements and curtainwall entryways. The building can accommodate a single 250,000-square-foot user or multiple users down to 43,000 square feet. A nearly 3,000-square-foot speculative office suite with premium finishes allows quick occupancy.
