365 Nicollet: Taking Luxury Living to a New Level
Located on the north end of Nicollet Mall between the Minneapolis CBD and the North Loop, 365 Nicollet takes luxury living to a new level. The 30-story, high-rise, transit-oriented development includes 9,500 square feet of retail and 370 apartment units.
The precast and glass exterior features a dynamic pattern of repeating balcony profiles. The lobby entrance features an illuminated glass column and a recessed entry for resident access and drop-off. Retail space, a skyway lobby, resident lobby and additional resident amenity space activates the street frontage in this downtown core.
Ranging from alcove to three bedroom penthouse suites with condo-level finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows and quartz countertops, the units begin on level three and continue through level 30. The stepped tower helps increase corner units, vistas and daylighting opportunities.
The skyway-connected building includes an unmatched line up of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a large outdoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, grilling areas, penthouse lounge, golf simulator, private dining room, co-working spaces, penthouse lounge and balcony, relaxation room, sauna, fitness facilities, bicycle wash, resident storage and more. It is also pet friendly with a spa, storage, agility park and run, indoor relief area, pet sitting and pet walking.
