Nick Murnane, director, real estate development, has been named to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal's 2019 Class of 40 Under 40!
When Nick began his career in commercial real estate, he saw opportunities despite being in the recession. He saw the positive impact and potential that real estate development could have on communities, and he knew he could make a difference. Nick has led project teams to deliver over 1,200 market-rate multifamily apartment units throughout the Twin Cities and has helped kick-off, create and expand a platform for success in market-rate multifamily apartments, which has also helped enable us to further expand in student housing and more recently into the senior living sector.
Nick's efforts support our commitment to being a good community partner. Nick has served as co-chair of our annual United Way campaign, volunteers each year at Founder's Day, speaks with university students interested in real estate and connects with project neighbors to help deliver the best project for the community.
Nick is a member of National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC); International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC); NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
