Our design-build team began work on phase II—a second building—in Fargo, ND, for Minneapolis-based Hyde Development. Work on phase I began in 2015 with work on phase II in 2016.
Phase II is a 126,000-square-foot speculative industrial building designed by Opus AE Group, L.L.C. The building features 32-foot clear height, two drive-in doors, 18 dock doors and four tenant entries. Currently, one tenant has signed a lease for nearly 2/3 of the building with plans to use it for seed storage.
Construction will be complete in November.
