CHICAGO, Ill. - The Opus Group announced today that Opus Design Build, L.L.C. has been awarded a contract from the County of Cook, Illinois, to design and build-out their interior space located at the Cicero Business Center. The improvements will consist of an office and records storage area accommodating 75 employees.
The 260,725-square-foot building will receive several modifications including a multi-level catwalk racking system that will allow the County of Cook to consolidate multiple storage facilities into one and provide for their future storage needs.
