The Opus Group (Opus) announced today a contract with The Meritex® Company to construct a 250,050-square-foot industrial building in Columbus. To be located on the corner of Alum Creek Drive and Spiegel Drive, the modern industrial facility is scheduled to begin construction this year and is scheduled for completion in May 2018.

The industrial building for Meritex will feature a 32-foot clear height and truck ports at the back of the building. Designed with flexibility at the forefront, the building is suitable for tenants seeking 50,000 to 250,000 square feet of space and can accommodate up to four tenants. The highly visible location also allows for easy accessibility to major interstates as well as close proximity to the Rickenbacker International Airport.
