Construction Starts on WorldWide Logistics’ HQ & Customer Service Facility
The 76,000-square-foot, two-story building will provide an amenity-rich working environment for the company’s growing workforce.
The Opus Group® (Opus) today announced that construction will begin this spring on a new corporate headquarters and customer service facility for WorldWide Logistics, a third-party logistics broker providing truckload, less-than-truckload and transportation management services nationwide. Located at 12400 Meredith Drive in the northwest Des Moines suburb of Urbandale, the 76,000-square-foot, two-story building will provide an amenity-rich working environment for the company's growing workforce.

The new headquarters will provide office space for the company's corporate and customer service center employees, currently located in three separate buildings in the area. Employees will have access to appealing shared amenities, including a café, markets, a coffee shop, an outdoor recreation area, an outdoor grilling and seating area and a quarter-mile lit walking path around a pond.

The 22.25-acre site is located one-quarter mile west of Interstate 80/35 and is near many commercial establishments, including retail, restaurants and gas stations.
The project is slated for completion in spring 2023.
