The Opus Group® (Opus) has appointed Alex Vulic as vice president, real estate development. In his new role, Vulic is responsible for advancing opportunities in Opus' Indianapolis region, which includes Indiana, Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio, Louisville, Ky., and other nearby markets. He will also provide managerial oversight throughout construction and project delivery.

Vulic has 20 years of experience in all phases of real estate development across multiple markets and regions. He has led more than $425 million of projects from site acquisition and entitlement to final leasing, tenant improvements and asset management. Most recently he held vice president roles for The Pizzuti Companies and Elford Real Estate Companies in the Columbus, Ohio area. Previously, he worked for 15 years at Prologis where he was vice president for its Pacific Northwest region, and vice president for the Columbus and Cincinnati markets.

Vulic has a master's degree in business administration, finance and real estate from The Ohio State University, where he also earned his bachelor's degree. He is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio.
