The Opus Group (Opus) today announced the start of construction on a 250-unit multifamily transit-oriented development in St. Louis Park, Minn. Located at 3440 Beltline Boulevard in the southeast corner of St. Louis Park, the development is less than a mile from the MN Highway 7 and 100 interchange, and just one block south of the
Beltline Boulevard Station. Under construction and targeted for completion in 2024, the station will serve the Southwest Light Rail Transit (LRT) line connecting downtown Minneapolis to the southwest suburbs.
Residents will enjoy being within short walking distance of trendy restaurants, shops and retailers including Target, Trader Joe's and Lunds & Byerlys. Situated adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve, the development is also just two blocks from Wolfe Park, a popular recreation area with walking trails, an amphitheater, picnic shelters, playgrounds and basketball and pickleball courts.
