The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the start of construction on The Ridge at Dove Valley, a two-building speculative industrial development in Englewood, Colorado, a southern suburb of Denver. The buildings – 102,877 square feet and 116,524 square feet –will be located in Denver's third largest industrial submarket and home to six Fortune 500 companies.

The 116,524-square-foot building will offer 26 dock positions, 4 drive-in doors and 250 parking stalls. Both buildings will be modern Class A industrial facilities, featuring extensive glass and architectural design elements. The buildings are slated for completion in May 2022.
Opus is the developer, design-builder, and architect and engineer of record. Todd Witty and Daniel Close of CBRE are currently marketing the buildings for lease.
