- Aeon (Minneapolis office) for a community revitalization project
- AltCap (Kansas City office) to support Diversified Contractors Growth Fund (MBE/WBE Contractor Loan Fund)
- Big Brothers Big Sisters (Minneapolis office) to improve and redesign its participant's experience
- Black Men Teach (Minneapolis office) to build a pipeline of Black male educators
- Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City (Kansas City office) for teen programming growth support
- Child Crisis Arizona (Phoenix office) for Beyond the Building: Beautification for a Community Space
- Christopher House (Chicago office) to recruit and retain early childhood education teachers
- Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (Denver office) to support Renewal Village
- Construction Education Foundation (Denver office) for the Careers in Construction program

- LISC Indianapolis (Indianapolis office) for the Emerging Developers Growth Initiative

- Operation Breakthrough (Kansas City office) to expand entrepreneurship opportunities offered in the Ignition Lab
- PREP-KC (Kansas City office) to expand market value assets in construction and the skilled trades

- Society of St. Vincent de Paul (Phoenix office) for the workforce development program
- St. Mary's Early Childhood Center (Indianapolis office) for the 2Generation program
- Summit Academy OIC (Minneapolis office) to expand the talent pipeline in the electrician and carpentry programs
- Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity (Minneapolis office) to close the racial homeownership gap, build a constellation of equity partners and operationalize a values-based equity framework
- University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis) for Opus Foundation Real Estate Scholarships
- YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago (Chicago office) for mental health support for early education and care

Additionally, from August to December, the Foundation also awarded $281,000 with 38 Opportunity Fund grants. Opportunity Fund grants are awarded monthly and are designed to provide a quick response to needs and opportunities in our communities.
