In 2016, the Opus Foundation awarded more than $3 million, and more than 80% of Opus associates volunteered in their communities.

Community stewardship is at the core of Opus and the Opus Foundation® and has been a pillar of our organizations from the beginning. Along with Opus associates, we have impacted many communities, making them better places to live, work and raise families. We're committed to building community for a better tomorrow. Associates are at the heart of Opus’ stewardship value and are engaged in every aspect of our efforts, including grantmaking, strategic planning, volunteerism and communications. This engagement deepens our impact and builds a bridge between the work of Opus and the Foundation. Together, our culture, values and strategic initiatives drive associates and align all efforts.
