The Opus Foundation and our local Denver office supported the Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge, NAIOP Colorado’s university challenge, now in its 13th year.
Student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver’s graduate real estate programs presented redevelopment plans for the Midtown Industrial Center in River North, Denver’s most active redevelopment area.
On behalf of the Foundation, I was honored to present a $7500 scholarship to the University of Denver, the winning team, and a $2500 scholarship to the University of Colorado, the second place team.
The Opus Foundation is building community for a better tomorrow by supporting projects and programs that make our communities better places to live, work and raise families through grants to nonprofit organizations in the areas of early childhood education, youth development, workforce development, community revitalization and pressing/emerging needs.
